Clinical Services Manager – Women’s Mental Health Clinic

About the role

The Clinical Services Manager will lead the BHSL Women’s Mental Health Clinic, ensuring high‑quality, patient‑centered care for women seeking mental health services. This role oversees daily clinical operations, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, and drives continuous improvement in service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support clinical staff, including scheduling, performance evaluation, and professional development.
• Manage patient flow, appointment scheduling, and clinic resources to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and university policies.
• Lead quality‑improvement initiatives and monitor key performance indicators.
• Oversee budgetary responsibilities, supply management, and procurement for the clinic.
• Serve as a liaison between the clinic, hospital administration, and external partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, health administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Relevant licensure or certification to practice in Arkansas.
• Proven experience managing clinical services, preferably in mental health or women’s health settings.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and improve operational processes.
• Legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
