About the role

Innovamat is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as the right‑hand to the General Manager, Pacific and to become a core member of the U.S. expansion team. This builder role combines hands‑on execution with strategic leadership, giving you direct influence over how the company scales across California and eventually the broader United States.

Key responsibilities

• Drive growth in the California territory by identifying priority districts, crafting a focused territory strategy, and generating market momentum.
• Lead consultative conversations with district leaders, presenting Innovamat’s research‑backed math solutions.
• Refine the go‑to‑market motion by spotting patterns, improving messaging, and contributing to a scalable playbook.
• Generate pipeline through strategic outreach, networking, conferences, and a strong presence in the education community.
• Build systems, run cross‑functional projects, and support field execution across growth, operations, and strategy.
• Eventually hire, develop, and lead a regional team to sustain long‑term growth.

Required profile

• Passion for education technology and a desire to impact K‑8 math learning.
• Comfort with hands‑on work, rapid iteration, and being close to decision‑making.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving startup environment.
