Caregiver – Flexible Schedule & Competitive Pay

About the role

Join One You Love Homecare as a caregiver and provide compassionate, non‑medical support to clients in the comfort of their own homes. You will help seniors and individuals with daily living tasks while promoting independence, dignity, and a safe environment.

Key responsibilities

• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and ensure proper nutrition.
• Maintain client safety, monitor condition changes, and follow care‑plan protocols.
• Provide transportation to appointments and community activities.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and medication reminders.
• Clock in/out and accurately document all tasks performed.

Required profile

• Prior caregiving or home‑care experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance if required for client transport.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lb, assist with transfers, and stand, bend, or kneel for extended periods.
