Camps Specialist (Seasonal) – Youth Camps & Events

About the role

We are looking for a seasonal Camps Specialist to join our Youth Camps & Events team in Washington, D.C. The role supports nationwide professional sports camps, working closely with site leaders and seasonal staff to ensure smooth operations throughout the summer.

Key responsibilities

• Assist site leaders and seasonal staff by translating plans into action and reinforcing program quality standards.
• Provide on-the-ground support during staff trainings in May, June and July, handling logistics and real-time problem solving.
• Travel to professional sports camp locations (e.g., New York Yankees, Boston Red Sox, Chicago Cubs, Atlanta Falcons, Washington Nationals, D.C. United) to support operations.
• Coordinate with Talent & Training, Customer Success and Product Delivery teams to facilitate staff training and on-site preparation.
• Maintain flexible availability, including early mornings (as early as 6 am) and occasional weekend work for training days.

Required profile

• Enjoys fast-paced environments and thrives as a problem-solver and connector.
• Highly collaborative and comfortable working with multiple teams.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and work 20-40 hours per week on a seasonal basis.
• Available to start early in the day and adapt schedule to peak program periods.
