Business Solutions Consultant

About the role

The Business Solutions Consultant supports and often leads the end‑to‑end implementation of client‑facing and internal software projects. You will work on licensed software roll‑outs for property‑tax clients while also contributing to internal technology initiatives such as data‑analytics platforms, legacy system modernization, and automation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, maintain implementation plans, and manage timelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and clients to configure, deploy, and monitor software solutions.
• Prepare client deliverables, gather and analyze client data, and support tax automation services.
• Assist in developing business and technical requirements and documenting processes.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and communicate project status to stakeholders.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all organizational levels.
• Proactive attitude toward improving implementation processes and supporting technology initiatives.
