Business Process Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Business Process Analyst to partner with software engineering, product, security, compliance, and IT teams. The role focuses on designing and optimizing secure‑by‑design software development processes, turning draft content into clear, publish‑ready documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Translate security requirements and standards into actionable engineering procedures.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and security risks in existing processes.
• Gather input from subject‑matter experts and incorporate feedback efficiently.
• Document “to‑be” processes with swim‑lane diagrams, step‑by‑step procedures, and clear hand‑offs.
• Edit, finalize, and publish technical security standards, procedures, and reusable templates.
• Maintain version control, formatting standards, and publishing readiness.
• Facilitate process‑mapping and improvement workshops for engineering and security teams.
• Support vulnerability triage, risk acceptance, and remediation tracking.
• Act as liaison between engineering, architecture, product, security, IT, and compliance stakeholders.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience documenting and improving security‑related processes.
• Familiarity with application security concepts such as Secure SDLC, DevSecOps, vulnerability management, and threat modeling.
• Detail‑oriented, able to work from partially formed inputs.
• Excellent documentation, facilitation, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.
