Business Development Representative – Dynamic Yield

About the role
Mastercard’s Dynamic Yield team is looking for a Business Development Representative to help drive new business opportunities. You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to generate leads, secure meetings with executive stakeholders, and support the growth of our AI‑powered personalization platform.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and outreach to external decision‑makers via email, phone, social media, direct mail and other channels.
- Coordinate and attend events and conferences to promote Dynamic Yield.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on strategy planning and campaign execution.
- Enter data, generate reports, and track performance metrics.
- Create content and copy for outreach and marketing materials.
- Host initial discovery meetings with prospective clients.
Required profile
- Highly motivated self‑starter eager to launch a career in B2B tech sales.
- Analytical mindset with a willingness to take on new projects.
- Coachable, task‑oriented, and able to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Recent graduates are welcome.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce.
- Experience using Outreach.io.
- Familiarity with ZoomInfo.
- Competence in Microsoft Suite and G‑Suite applications.
