About the role
We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Brand Marketing Assistant to join our remote marketing team. In this role you will help strengthen our brand presence, execute digital campaigns, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in planning and launching brand marketing campaigns on digital and social platforms.
- Create and adapt content for email newsletters, blogs, social media posts, and promotional materials.
- Maintain brand consistency in visual assets, copy, and overall communications.
- Coordinate with internal designers, external vendors, and cross‑functional teams to deliver campaign assets.
- Conduct market and competitor research to uncover branding opportunities and trends.
- Monitor social media engagement, support community management, and report on key performance indicators.
- Help manage marketing calendars, project timelines, and brand asset libraries.
- Support influencer collaborations, partnership initiatives, and promotional activities when needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field (preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing, branding, social media or a related role (internships accepted).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Canva for graphic creation.
- Experience using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or HubSpot.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
- Ability to work with analytics tools like Google Analytics or social media insights dashboards.
- Experience with project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
