Brand Activation Manager (Temporary)

About the role

Join Anheuser‑Busch as a Brand Activation Manager on a fixed‑term basis to drive the Stella Artois brand presence through national sampling programs. You will lead weekly sampling events, manage brand ambassadors, and ensure the brand stays top‑of‑mind in key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute activation strategies that meet sales and brand objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, local wholesalers, and event venues.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee weekly sampling events, special promotions, sponsorships, and brand activations.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise a team of Brand Ambassadors, ensuring they have the necessary merchandise and materials.
• Track event performance, produce weekly recaps, metrics, expense reports, and budget reconciliations.
• Manage local activation budget, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with local alcohol regulations.
• Travel to mandatory training sessions and conduct in‑person event oversight.

Required profile

• Legal drinking age (21+).
• Minimum 2 years experience in a beverage company, distributor, or related event activation role.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to lift 40 lb.
• Availability to work 40+ hours per week, including nights and weekends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
