About the role
ICUC is seeking a bilingual (French and English) Social Media Content Specialist to join its remote team in the United States. You will engage with online communities, create compelling content, and help maintain safe, welcoming digital spaces for a variety of global brands.
Key responsibilities
- Moderate and respond to comments across client social channels using each brand’s unique voice.
- Write thoughtful, engaging posts that spark conversation and drive interaction.
- Help keep online communities safe, respectful, and aligned with client guidelines.
- Escalate emerging issues, insights, or trends to internal teams.
- Develop a deep understanding of client brand strategies, tones, and audiences.
Required profile
- Advanced proficiency in English and French, with strong cultural awareness.
- Experience managing social platforms, including moderation and engagement.
- Ability to adapt writing style to different brand voices and audiences.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and excellent customer‑service instincts.
- Access to reliable high‑speed internet for remote work.
Required skills
- Familiarity with major social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
