Bilingual Quality Control (QC) Inspector – English/Spanish

About the role

Cryopak is seeking a bilingual Quality Control (QC) Inspector to ensure raw materials and finished goods meet the highest standards before shipment. The role supports the company’s cold‑chain packaging solutions for pharmaceutical, biotech, food, and electronic customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in‑process, and final inspections of raw materials and finished products.
• Identify non‑conforming items and verify release according to specifications.
• Count, measure, and compare items against bills of lading, packing lists, and quality specifications.
• Document inspection results on appropriate forms and maintain accurate records.
• Report defects and initiate corrective and preventive actions with manufacturing and QC teams.
• Operate material‑handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Participate in project assignments and special activities as required.

Required profile

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of quality control experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Handheld measurement device operation.
• Forklift operation (optional certification).
