Bilingual Marketing Manager – International Mobile Top‑Up

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Marketing Manager to lead the International Mobile Top‑Up portfolio. The role focuses on driving revenue, acquiring new customers and retaining existing users across the USA and global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and measure CRM campaigns, including SMS, email and in‑app push notifications.
• Design and execute digital marketing programs to acquire new customers (e.g., Refer‑a‑Friend, social media, community events).
• Develop and oversee creative assets in collaboration with designers or agencies.
• Analyse performance data, generate insights and propose actions to grow the business.
• Partner with product and sales teams to launch and promote new or enhanced offerings such as e‑gifts and calling plans.
• Conduct customer surveys to understand behavior, preferences and competitive landscape.
• Manage marketing budget and track spend.
• Prepare presentations reporting campaign results and business analysis.

Required profile

• 5+ years of marketing experience in mobile top‑up, money‑transfer or related financial services.
• Proven B2C digital marketing background.
• Marketing degree or equivalent qualification.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• High energy, results‑oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.
