Bathroom Remodel and Reno Crews – 1099 Contractor

About the role

Superior Contracting & Maintenance and Home Ease are expanding their kitchen and bathroom renovation services in the Atlanta market. They are seeking experienced 1099 remodeling crews to take on full‑scope residential projects, manage their own teams, and represent the brands in client homes.

Key responsibilities

• Complete full bathroom and kitchen remodels with high‑quality craftsmanship.
• Review project scopes, measurements, and expectations before work begins.
• Provide progress updates, photos, and communication via mobile tools.
• Submit estimates for additional work or change orders.
• Maintain clean, professional job sites and represent the companies respectfully.
• Meet timelines and ensure punch‑list completion.

Required profile

• 1099 contractor or established remodeling business operating in the Atlanta area.
• Active General Liability Insurance (COI required); Workers’ Comp preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience in kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling.
• Own tools, transportation, equipment, and a valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable using a mobile phone/app for updates and able to pass background checks.
