Backend Software Engineer – AI Model Evaluation (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Backend Software Engineer to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. The role involves measuring model progress, assessing logic, and solving problems to improve model quality. This is a remote, full‑time or part‑time position.

Key responsibilities

• Design and present coding challenges to AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs.
• Assess the correctness and performance of AI‑generated code.
• Identify and address quality issues to enhance model reliability.

Required profile

• Fluent English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory).

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift).
• Ability to solve coding problems on platforms such as LeetCode or HackerRank and clearly explain solutions.
