About the role
TNT Growth is looking for a B2B Rehab Business Development Specialist to generate new opportunities within the rehabilitation industry. The role is fully remote and focuses on outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow‑up, and building referral partnerships to fuel the company’s sales pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct low‑to‑mid volume cold calls and execute outbound email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Research target accounts, identify decision‑makers, and personalize messaging for the rehab sector.
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, qualify prospects, and schedule qualified meetings for senior sales staff.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), track activities, and generate performance reports.
- Identify, engage, and nurture referral and strategic partners, aiming to add at least one new partner each month.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of B2B business development experience, specifically within the rehab industry.
- US‑based candidates only; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high‑volume outreach mindset.
- Ability to work independently, meet KPI targets, and manage a remote schedule aligned with EST business hours.
