Attorney – Transactions Team (Remote/Flexible)

About the role

Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is seeking experienced attorneys to join the GCSolutions Transactions Team. The position offers flexible scheduling, work‑life balance, and the ability to work remotely across multiple office locations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle corporate and commercial contract matters for a diverse client base.
• Advise on corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, real estate, and securities law (1933 and 1934 Acts).
• Draft and negotiate SaaS licensing agreements, trademark matters, and data‑privacy provisions.
• Contribute to team development without the expectation of building a personal book of business.
• Provide legal support on a part‑time or full‑time basis as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in general corporate and commercial contract law.
• Prior experience as firm counsel or in‑house counsel handling transactional matters.
• Active bar license in the jurisdiction where you will practice.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent writing and analytical abilities.

What we offer

• Competitive annual salary range $80,000 – $140,000, based on hours.
