Assistant Maintenance Supervisor – Plumber

About the role

The Assistant Maintenance Supervisor‑Plumber supports the maintenance team at Westlake Apartments, ensuring that all building systems, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for safety, appearance and functionality. This position combines hands‑on plumbing work with supervisory duties.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders and perform routine upkeep across the 2,861‑unit community.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing and mechanical issues in accordance with company policies, safety standards and local codes.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with on‑call duties and weekend coverage.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in residential plumbing or maintenance.
• Willingness to work weekends and be on call as needed.
• Basic understanding of building codes and safety regulations.
