Agentic Software Engineer – AI‑Driven Development (Remote, USA)

About the role

FullStack is seeking an Agentic Software Engineer to join its remote team in the United States. You will work with product teams to build and deliver AI‑driven software solutions for top global clients, leveraging Google Antigravity as the primary development environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship full‑stack applications using Java, Python, C#, React, Node, and Google Antigravity.
• Coordinate AI‑generated code across large, multi‑file systems while maintaining architectural oversight.
• Translate complex product requirements into AI‑friendly specifications and production‑ready code.
• Implement and iterate AI‑first development workflows, incorporating structured feedback loops.
• Conduct disciplined human‑in‑the‑loop reviews and risk‑adjusted validation for safety‑critical components.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate asynchronously with distributed teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep understanding of full‑stack architectures and modern web technologies.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Antigravity for AI‑driven implementation.
• Proven ability to deliver production software where AI generates the majority of code.
• Strong context‑engineering skills for reliable AI output.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Authorized to work full‑time in the United States.
