About the role

This position supports senior leaders by ensuring smooth administrative operations, allowing executives to focus on strategic initiatives. As an Administrative Business Partner (Junior II), you will act as a proactive liaison, managing calendars, travel, meetings, and office logistics within a fast‑moving global enterprise.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize complex executive calendars across time zones, aligning with strategic priorities.
  • Coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements, including visa support and on‑call assistance during trips.
  • Prepare and facilitate meetings, handling room setup, equipment, attendee confirmations, and meeting materials.
  • Assess office space needs, manage accommodation requests, and collaborate on space planning and moves.
  • Execute expense and budget activities such as expense reports, invoice processing, and purchase orders.
  • Plan and organize internal and external cultural, community, and communication events.
  • Contribute to program and event logistics, ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Participate in small projects from initiation to delivery, applying sound judgment.
