About the role
The Administrative Assistant based in Charleston, SC supports the local office and construction site activities, handling payroll entry, production data, and safety training coordination for the Intel site.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Superintendent with new‑employee orientation and maintain required documentation.
- Work with recruiting and site teams to maintain WWIDs and schedule safety training for incoming staff.
- Enter employee time, verify attendance, and process drive time, mileage, vacation and sick pay according to company policy.
- Generate payroll reports per pay period, upload timesheets and payroll documents to Box.
- Communicate with HR on new hires, terminations, and employee‑related inquiries.
- Perform general administrative duties such as updating spreadsheets, scanning forms, managing project folders, and handling mail and package shipments.
Required profile
- Strong computer proficiency and attention to detail.
- Excellent relationship‑building, customer service, communication and organizational abilities.
