Account Manager – North Manhattan, NYC

About the role

Alcon is seeking an Account Manager to drive revenue growth for its vision care portfolio in North Manhattan, NYC. You will partner with eye care practitioners, promote innovative technologies, and match products to the needs of doctors and patients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand relationships with eye care professionals while executing strategic account plans.
• Identify customer needs and set clear objectives for each sales interaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create executional plans that meet both customer and organizational goals.
• Implement marketing initiatives for specific products to influence adoption and change customer behavior.
• Track and achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas, call metrics, and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (or high school + 10 years, Associate + 6 years, M.S.).
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience in eye care or medical devices.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
