Academic Coordinator (Student-Athlete Services)

About the role

The Academic Coordinator supports select student‑athletes by monitoring their academic progress and ensuring eligibility for competition. Reporting to the Associate Athletic Director for Student‑Athlete Services, the role bridges academic advising and athletic requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide regular academic and eligibility progress reports to coaching staff.
• Assist student‑athletes with course selection for regular and summer sessions.
• Manage study‑hall services and monitor academic performance using computer applications.
• Communicate academic and eligibility information to prospective student‑athletes and their parents.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of basic computer software such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to function successfully in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills to track and report student‑athlete progress.

• Salary range $4,150 – $5,000 per month.
