About the role
KREWE is seeking a Wholesale Operations Director to lead and refine its wholesale selling strategies. Based in the New Orleans headquarters, this senior role will coordinate across Sales, Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, Marketing, and Finance to drive growth and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Build and implement scalable operational workflows that support wholesale revenue growth and account expansion.
- Optimize the full order lifecycle, including order processing, fulfillment accuracy, shipping timelines, and return management.
- Drive continuous improvement across systems, reporting, SOPs, and customer service frameworks.
- Own the wholesale marketing and promotional calendar to align campaigns with sales objectives.
- Partner with Brand, Creative, and Product teams to develop seasonal assets, line sheets, merchandising guides, and sell‑in tools.
- Communicate product stories, launch details, and merchandising strategy to wholesale partners with clarity and consistency.
- Oversee all trade show and marketing activities.
Required profile
- Proven experience building scalable systems and driving operational excellence in a wholesale or retail environment.
- Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and act as the operational “voice of the customer.”
- Demonstrated success influencing inventory allocation, product flow, and account‑level support.
- Leadership skills to support high‑performing teams in a fast‑growing independent brand.
