Web Production Specialist

About the role

Konica Minolta is seeking a Web Production Specialist to own the creation, editing, and publishing of its web properties. Working on a hybrid schedule, you will help elevate the brand through seamless digital experiences that simplify complex product journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and user journeys to illustrate site functionality and visual design.
• Conduct user testing and qualitative sessions to refine engagement, usability, and brand affinity.
• Lead cross‑functional web production projects from concept to launch, coordinating IT, Creative, Copywriting and other stakeholders.
• Provide CMS support, author web pages, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines and best‑practice UX principles.
• Identify and document process improvements, stay current on industry trends, and recommend enhancements to design, functionality, and conversion rates.
• Analyze performance data from design changes and new content to verify goal achievement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in user experience, web design, and web applications.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 3+ years working with Content Management Systems.
• Self‑motivated, technically curious, and focused on delivery.
