Web Application Developer – Remote AI Model Evaluation

About the role

We are seeking a Web Application Developer to help train and evaluate AI chat‑bot models. You will design coding challenges, measure the progress of the bots, and assess the correctness and performance of their solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Create and deliver programming challenges to AI chat‑bots using languages such as Python or JavaScript.
• Evaluate the bots’ outputs for logical correctness, performance, and quality.
• Analyze results, identify weaknesses, and suggest improvements to the underlying models.
• Document findings and explain how each solution addresses the problem.

Required profile

• Fluent English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, JavaScript, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, Swift.
• Ability to solve coding problems similar to those on LeetCode or HackerRank and clearly explain the solution.
