Warehouse Associate – Corrugated Cardboard Recycler

About the role

We are looking for motivated and dynamic Warehouse Associates to join Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) on a permanent, full‑time basis. The role focuses on handling and recycling corrugated cardboard gondolas across our facilities, ensuring clean and safe work areas while supporting our customers’ needs.

Key responsibilities

• Use a manual pallet jack to collect full cardboard gondolas and replace them with empty ones in assigned zones.
• Transport and position full gondolas at designated packers or compactors (training provided).
• Keep the areas surrounding gondolas free of debris, trash, and dust; mop and sweep as required.
• Maintain clear traffic pathways (“Green Mile” walkways) at all times for safety.
• Organise and sort compactor/packer zones to preserve order.
• Perform additional cleaning or housekeeping tasks when needed.

Required profile

• Ability to operate a manual pallet jack and lift loads up to 75 lb.
• Physical capacity to lift, push, pull, and carry items up to 50 lb, and to bend, stretch, and reach regularly.
• Comfort standing and walking for 10‑12 hours per shift, including day, night, and weekend schedules.
• Capability to read and follow basic safety and operational documents.
