About the role
Greystar is seeking a Temporary Leasing Professional for its Talaria community in Burbank. The role supports the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, show apartments, and process applications, credit and background checks.
- Prepare lease and move‑in packages, ensure smooth resident move‑ins, and inspect units for readiness.
- Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
- Design and execute marketing activities, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing via platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
- Utilize on‑site property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage prospect data.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of leasing experience (sales experience preferred).
- Availability to work weekends.
- Strong ability to qualify prospects, conduct tours, and manage the leasing process from application to move‑in.
- Knowledge of local market trends and ability to develop effective marketing initiatives.
Required skills
- Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
- Familiarity with internet marketing tools including Craigslist and Facebook.
