Steward – Full‑time Hospitality Role

About the role

The Steward supports Four Seasons’ Food & Beverage outlets by delivering award‑winning service through meticulous attention to cleanliness and sanitation. This full‑time, onsite position is essential to maintaining the high standards expected by guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a commercial dish machine.
• Maintain sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, culinary stations, and food‑and‑beverage facilities.
• Clean and sanitize pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
• Manage the silver‑polishing program to ensure a pristine presentation.
• Handle cleaning supplies and chemicals safely and according to protocol.

Required profile

• Professional personal presentation and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time‑management ability; capable of multitasking and adapting to changing conditions.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced environment, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Clear communication skills for collaboration with other departments and interaction with guests.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and move up to 100 lb.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
