About the role
As a Solutions Consultant at Outreach, you will act as a trusted advisor and subject‑matter expert on the Outreach platform. You will partner with sales and cross‑functional teams to understand prospect challenges, qualify opportunities, and demonstrate how Outreach’s AI‑driven solutions can accelerate revenue outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Develop deep expertise in the Outreach platform and serve as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales to uncover prospect business processes, opportunities, and risks through thorough discovery.
- Qualify opportunities by translating prospect needs into scalable, value‑based solutions.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations that highlight business value and address stakeholder goals.
- Communicate prospect pain points and requirements to onboarding and implementation teams.
- Stay current on sales trends and technology through continuous learning.
- Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and other teams to improve the platform.
- Share product and selling knowledge across Outreach teams to strengthen overall capability.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in a customer‑facing role such as Sales Consultant, Account Executive, SDR, or Customer Success Manager.
- Inquisitive mindset with the ability to ask thoughtful questions and uncover hidden pain points.
- Strong problem‑solving skills to translate use cases into scalable solutions.
- Excellent presentation abilities, capable of delivering engaging demos using real‑world examples.
