Shipping & Receiving Operations AI Trainer

About the role

We are looking for U.S.-based logistics professionals to join a remote, part‑time AI training project. As an AI Trainer you will evaluate shipping‑and‑receiving prompts, inventory workflows, and AI‑generated rubrics to help improve large language model performance in logistics contexts.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess shipping and inventory‑management prompts for accuracy.
• Evaluate AI‑generated rubrics against real‑world workflow and logistics standards.
• Check AI outputs for operational logic, procedural compliance, and documentation gaps.
• Recommend revisions to evaluation frameworks and draft benchmark logistics responses when needed.
• Apply professional judgment to warehouse and logistics scenarios while adhering to confidentiality guidelines.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in warehouse operations, logistics, shipping, or inventory management.
• Familiarity with receiving, tracking, and fulfillment workflows.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to evaluate operational accuracy and process quality.
