Service Supervisor – The Riv

About the role
The Service Supervisor at The Riv will ensure that all interior and exterior areas of the community, including grounds, amenities and common spaces, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and functionality. This onsite position is based in Denver, Colorado and reports to property management.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders, diagnosing defects and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
- Conduct routine upkeep of the community, maintaining grounds, amenities and common areas.
- Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors and contractors, procuring supplies and completing all required maintenance tasks.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality completion of projects.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Required profile
- Proven experience in building or property maintenance and repair.
- Ability to diagnose mechanical or structural issues and apply appropriate solutions.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and local code requirements.
- Strong organizational skills to manage work orders, inspections and vendor schedules.
