Senior Community Manager – Orion Prospect

About the role

The Senior Community Manager for the Orion Prospect property will oversee daily operations of this large multifamily community. Reporting to senior leadership, the role ensures financial performance, resident satisfaction, and compliance with all applicable regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the property budget, analyzing financial statements and market data to forecast performance.
• Set rent rates, collect rents and fees, process bank deposits, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting and owners.
• Control expenditures within budget limits and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, evictions, and collection of late fees.
• Monitor market and economic trends to implement short‑ and long‑term leasing and marketing strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large multifamily properties.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other housing regulations.
• Ability to analyze financial data and drive revenue targets.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
