Senior Accountant

About the role

Rain is building the next generation of global payments and stablecoin infrastructure. As a Senior Accountant you will join a fast‑growing fintech that partners with neobanks, institutions and crypto innovators. You will help shape the financial foundation of a multi‑entity, regulated payments platform while driving automation and process excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Drive process improvements and automation in partnership with Engineering, Product and Data teams.
• Execute month‑end close activities, including variance analysis and reconciliations across balance‑sheet and income‑statement accounts.
• Maintain accuracy of the digital‑asset ledger across multiple entities and build scalable reconciliation frameworks.
• Develop repeatable processes, checklists and intercompany reconciliation procedures to support growth and external audits.
• Perform revaluation and translation for international subsidiaries on a monthly basis.
• Analyze revenue contracts for ASC 606 compliance and ensure timely, accurate invoicing.
• Support special projects, system implementations and acquisition integrations.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in a high‑growth environment.
• Proven ability to improve processes, drive automation and enhance operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in variance analysis and financial reporting.
• Experience working with multiple legal entities and intercompany accounting.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Experience with month‑end close, reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
• Familiarity with digital‑asset accounting and multi‑entity ledger management.
