Sales Operations Manager – US & Canada

About the role
Netflix’s Advertising team is building a world‑class ads organization and needs a Sales Operations Manager to drive execution of sales strategies across the US and Canada. You will partner with sales leadership to design go‑to‑market plans, manage forecasting processes, and enable the rapid scaling of our advertising business.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and iterate sales go‑to‑market strategies, including segmentation, headcount planning, and territory design.
- Own regional sales operations processes such as revenue forecasting, pipeline management, quota planning, and monthly business reviews.
- Analyze large data sets to derive insights on revenue, pipeline, product performance, and sales processes.
- Collaborate with Market Activation, Finance, HR, and Business Operations on cross‑functional projects and represent sales requirements.
- Facilitate rollout of new sales programs and processes to improve efficiency.
- Maintain sales data in the CRM system and provide quantitative and qualitative analysis of program performance.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly review decks for senior leadership and lead performance discussions.
Required profile
- 8‑10 years of experience in advertising or related fields, with a strong background in Sales Operations.
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior sales leaders and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the digital advertising landscape and agency or client‑direct sales models is a plus.
- Bias for automation, scalability, and data‑driven decision making.
Required skills
- Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel).
- SQL proficiency.
- Data analytics capabilities.
- Experience managing sales data within a CRM system.
