Retail Sales Associate – Part‑time

About the role

tarte™ is looking for enthusiastic part‑time Retail Sales Associates to join its beauty teams in select markets. You will represent a cruelty‑free, eco‑chic cosmetics brand and help customers discover products that combine performance with clean ingredients.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge to drive sales.
• Maintain visual standards, execute merchandising plans and follow store planograms.
• Engage shoppers, build relationships, and promote tarte’s brand values.
• Process transactions accurately and keep the sales floor organized.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve hourly sales targets (SPH).

Required profile

• Passion for cruelty‑free cosmetics and tarte’s mission.
• Proven retail sales experience, preferably in Sephora or Ulta environments.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to confidently assist customers.
• Competitive spirit with a drive to meet sales goals.
• Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Own a smartphone and comfortable using apps and social media.

Required skills

• Merchandising and planogram implementation.
• Familiarity with social media platforms for product promotion.
