Remote Project Manager (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Project Manager to support AI training simulations by applying Agile and Scrum best practices. This contract position offers flexible hours (10‑40 hrs/week) and a competitive hourly rate.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage Agile methodologies and Scrum practices to design and improve project‑management simulations for AI training.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop data‑driven strategic plans.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources across multiple project lifecycles.
• Produce validated documentation and communications to guide AI model development.
• Analyze the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to identify improvement opportunities and risks.

Required profile

• Minimum hands‑on experience leading Agile and Scrum teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven expertise in risk assessment, budget management, and resource allocation.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and strategic planning practices.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities.
