AdviniaCare Salem is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join its skilled‑nursing team on the 11 p.m. – 7 a.m. shift. This full‑time position offers a supportive environment where you can make a meaningful impact on residents’ health and well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents, including medication administration and wound management.
• Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Support residents’ physical and emotional health through daily interactions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure comprehensive care.

Required profile

• Current Massachusetts RN license.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Clean background check.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for nursing.
