About the role
The Regional Account Manager will launch, manage, and grow Farmer’s Fridge accounts within an assigned region. You will own post‑launch client relationships, ensure reliable service, and act as the client’s voice across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end implementation of new accounts, including planning, client communication and operational readiness.
- Serve as primary client contact during launch, ensuring proper branding, product mix, merchandising and service schedules.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with assigned clients, conduct regular business reviews and provide performance insights to improve sales and reduce waste.
- Identify expansion opportunities such as additional fridges, service programs or volume increases and support sales in regional strategy and proposals.
- Resolve client issues by collaborating with Client Services, Operations, Fulfillment and Demand Planning teams.
- Advocate for client needs internally, proactively escalating risks and working on solutions to protect long‑term partnerships.
Required profile
- At least three years of experience in account management, customer success or a related client‑facing role.
- Experience in foodservice, consumer packaged goods (CPG) or distributed operations is preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
