About the role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers at our senior care facility. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while providing essential administrative support.
Key responsibilities
- Greet visitors and patients with a pleasant demeanor.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Manage front‑desk communications and maintain a tidy reception area.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and using mailing equipment.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Clear speech and a pleasant voice.
- Ability to operate a 10‑key calculator, copier, and mailing equipment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
