About the role
Churchill Cost Consultants is seeking a Project Consultant to support construction project oversight across data centre, corporate real‑estate, infrastructure and industrial sectors. The role combines data analysis, on‑site assessments and detailed reporting to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Key responsibilities
- Review and analyse project management submissions such as schedules, progress reports and cost updates.
- Monitor milestones, phasing and construction execution, flagging inconsistencies, risks or delays.
- Prepare comprehensive site‑visit and observation reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Deliver monthly project status updates within the first week after month‑end.
- Travel regularly to active project sites, conduct in‑person meetings with project teams and validate reported progress through field observation.
- Evaluate construction sequencing against planned schedules and ask probing questions to ensure reporting accuracy.
Required profile
- 1–5 years of experience in construction management, project coordination, project controls or related engineering support.
- Strong analytical and organisational abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel consistently to project sites.
