About the role
The Programme Management Officer supports the Business Transformation Unit in designing, implementing and evaluating programmes that drive organisational change and improve performance across the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement and evaluate assigned programmes and projects, monitoring progress and analysing outcomes.
- Identify issues, initiate corrective actions and liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure follow‑up.
- Conduct consulting assignments, facilitate workshops and assist clients in creating actionable change‑management plans.
- Research, analyse and present information from diverse sources to inform decision‑making.
- Coordinate policy development, including reviewing trends, preparing evaluations and conducting research studies.
- Design and manage survey initiatives, develop data‑collection tools, analyse responses and highlight problem areas.
Required profile
- Proven experience in programme or project management within an international or public‑sector environment.
- Strong analytical abilities and experience conducting research and policy analysis.
- Consulting or change‑management experience, including facilitating workshops and developing action plans.
