Production Systems Specialist

About the role

Join Konica Minolta as a Production Systems Specialist and help customers maximize the performance of their printing equipment. You will work on‑site to diagnose, repair, and maintain a range of devices while delivering excellent service and building professional relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical diagnostics, break/fix, installation, hardware removal and connectivity troubleshooting on Konica Minolta products.
• Use and maintain a variety of tools and gauges to repair and diagnose production machinery.
• Travel to customer sites within an assigned territory, manage inventory, and keep customers informed about scheduling.
• Develop and maintain professional customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction.
• Log service visits and update the Konica Minolta system for each client account.
• Collaborate with the Account Management team to resolve customer issues.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience servicing or repairing office equipment or machinery.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• A+ or N+ certification preferred; exposure to IT networks is a plus.

Required skills

• A+ certification (or equivalent).
• N+ certification (or equivalent).
• Basic knowledge of IT networking.
• Equipment diagnostics and hardware repair.
• Connectivity troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with service tools and gauges.
