About the role
The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a Population Health Manager to lead health initiatives across the South and Southwest region. This role focuses on improving patient outcomes and advancing community health through data‑driven strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate population health programs for the designated region.
- Collaborate with clinical, research, and administrative teams to align initiatives with institutional goals.
- Analyze health data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee program budgets, reporting, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Engage community partners and stakeholders to promote health equity.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in population health management or program administration.
- Strong understanding of healthcare delivery systems and data analytics.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
