About the role

The Pharmacy Operations Team Lead oversees daily pharmacy activities at a Walmart Supercenter, ensuring prescriptions are processed accurately and customers receive high‑quality service. This role combines hands‑on pharmacy work with team leadership to support the health needs of shoppers.

Key responsibilities

• Input and process prescription orders efficiently.
• Provide product information and answer patient questions.
• Deliver excellent customer service within the store pharmacy.
• Lead and coordinate pharmacy associates during mid‑shift and closing hours.
• Manage schedule, premiums, and any applicable performance incentives.

Required profile

• Ability to process prescriptions and maintain accurate records.
• Strong customer‑service orientation to support patients.
• Experience working in a retail pharmacy environment.
• Capability to lead a team during assigned shifts.
