Marketing Senior Associate

About the role

The Marketing Senior Associate supports the operational strength of UHY’s marketing function. This execution‑focused position enhances the efficiency of the demand generation team by managing high‑volume, lower‑complexity marketing requests and ensuring timely delivery of core brand assets.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for high‑volume marketing support requests across the firm.
• Fulfill requests for logos, branded collateral, pre‑designed ads, and other standardized materials while maintaining UHY brand standards.
• Tri­age and prioritize incoming requests in coordination with the Senior Director, Marketing Strategy.
• Assemble and deliver generic or lightly customized Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) efficiently.
• Assist with minor design edits, content updates, and collateral revisions.
• Support campaign execution during peak demand periods.
• Source, order, and distribute branded promotional items and help manage UHY’s corporate store.
• Maintain organized asset libraries, template repositories, and improve intake workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, or project management, preferably in a professional services or B2B environment.
• Strong project‑management mindset and collaborative approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva.
• Experience using Pardot.
• Familiarity with project‑management software such as Asana.
