Marketing Communications Analyst Intern

About the Role

Join a high-growth fintech leader and play a pivotal role in revolutionizing the shopping experience. As a Marketing Communications Analyst Intern, you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, contributing directly to the measurable success of our multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Main Missions

• Execute end-to-end omni-channel campaigns across Email, SMS, In-app messaging, and Push notifications.
• Support campaign deployment using advanced CRM tools such as Braze.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including engagement rates, CTR, conversion rates, and A/B testing results.
• Optimize content based on behavioral and demographic segmentation to drive performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ideate and develop micro-segmentation strategies.
• Ensure full legal compliance for all marketing communications.
• Maintain and update performance dashboards for data-driven decision-making.

Profile We Are Looking For

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Data Analysis, Communications, or a related field.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven marketing and consumer behavior.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving fintech environment.
• Strong attention to detail, especially regarding legal compliance and campaign accuracy.

Required Skills

• CRM Tools (experience with Braze is a major plus).
