Maintenance Technician – Quail Springs Apartment Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Album Quail Springs community in Oklahoma City. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders and preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, repairs, and final inspections.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, tracking usage and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly to ensure proper tracking.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by removing debris, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, performing general cleaning, and painting curbs and signage as needed.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing rather than replacing parts whenever possible and using materials efficiently.
• Participate in safety meetings and adhere to Greystar’s safety and risk‑management policies.

Required profile

• Ability to diagnose mechanical and technical issues and perform repairs.
• Experience with make‑ready turnover processes for residential units.
• Strong attention to detail for documentation and inventory management.
• Commitment to following safety procedures and code requirements.
