Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep our machinery and industrial equipment running smoothly. The role focuses on minimizing downtime, supporting production efficiency, and ensuring plant reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair machines and production equipment.
• Perform preventive and routine maintenance on machinery, building systems, and related equipment.
• Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Collaborate with production teams to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands‑on experience repairing machines.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics is a plus.
• Automotive maintenance experience welcomed.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
