Maintenance Technician – Irwin Park

About the role

Irwin Park, a Greystar community, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to ensure the property’s buildings, grounds, and amenities meet the company’s standards for safety, cleanliness, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and repairs, including appliance repairs, in a timely manner.
• Prepare apartments for new move‑ins by performing the “make‑ready” process.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas.
• Assist with vendor management and other related duties.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment and mechanical systems.

Required profile

• Knowledge of safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Previous experience with painting, entry‑level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
