Maintenance Technician – Everleigh Forestwood

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join the Everleigh Forestwood community in Dallas, Texas. The role ensures that the property’s buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete assigned work orders.
• Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose the source of defects or problems.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections and creating punch lists.
• Schedule and coordinate vendors and contractors as needed.
• Obtain required supplies and ensure repairs comply with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.

Required profile

• Experience in performing technical and mechanical work in a residential property setting.
• Ability to follow established procedures, safety protocols and regulatory codes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
